Nathan, I tried Neatoscan. Downloading the price file was impossible! 2+ hours and it aborted! Then 2 hours 20 minutes it succeeded….but failed after 2 hours of the unzip! How do you live with this? Is there a faster download than using the PDA? Thanks

There’s a learning curve the first few times you try the download. A Kingston 2 GB Memory card works best.
I would contact Neatoscan on Monday, and they will help you through the process.
They also have an Android version as well.

I had similar issues, plus, when I took it out to scout the first so time, it froze on the second or third item I scanned. Nothing helped.
