Here's a quick video on how to use a thermal printer to print your FBA labels. You can do this directly on your seller account. An additional add-on is needed. It's called ListLabelShip and it costs $5 a month. It works on FireFox and Google Chrome browser.
By the way, this works very well with ScanLister. Since some people don't like to print with the 30-up labels, you can now do bulk-listing and use a thermal printer.

FYI, the Dymo labelmaker is currently NOT working with Chrome. Google updated its software for Chrome and the ListLabelShip add-on stopped working a few days ago. Per the ListLabelShip site,
“Google has started rolling out Chrome version 45 which breaks compatibility with the Dymo plugin. Dymo first announced they were working on an update to their software to address this issue back in December and it was expected to come out in time. Unfortunately, that did not happen. The updated Windows version of the Dymo software should be out very soon, I’ll post another update when it is available. In the meantime, there are two options:
1) Temporarily swith to Firefox.
2) Setup LLS in Chrome with an alternate configuration that does not use the Dymo plugin.
“I’ll post some videos today showing how to do option #2, I’m also available via TeamViewer to help you get that done. Email me at [email protected] to schedule a time. To start TeamViewer download and run this file.”
After a frustrating hour trying to print out labels and re-loading the Dymo add-on, etc., I found the above and downloaded Firefox, which let me print out labels again and which I will use until Chrome corrects the problem.
Hope this is helpful to anyone else having the same problem.

Thanks for the info. Yes, I tried Chrome and I couldn’t get it to work. Right now, I just use Firefox when I want to use the add-on.

Chrome is not supporting the obsolete version of Java Script that Amazon is using to interface with the Dymo printer — and does not intend to do so. At least that is what Google / Chrome posted when they updated Chrome recently. I knew this issue was coming and asked Amazon Seller Support if they had plans to update their scripts. Their reply was use Firefox and the tone was very dismissive in a don’t bother us manner. I did not bother to upgrade the request to a higher supervisor, didn’t see that I would get any real answer.
