I don’t expect the following negative comment to win me anything, but I’m going to leave it anyway.

Nathan, your figure for six hours labor in selecting the books is inaccurate at best and completely disingenuous at worst.

How much gas did you burn to get there?
Did you sleep in your car or a hotel?
Did you eat out or brown bag it every day?
Further, if you were there for 3 days and want to be completely fair, your labor figure should be calculated at 24 hours (8 hours a day like a normal job).

If you were doing this on the side and were simply stopping at a book sale on the way home from a normal job, then your figures would be accurate, but if making a special trip to a sale, I just don’t see it.

Thanks for your comment. I guess my goal is to show the objective results of book sales in general. So, I calculated the time spent at the sale and time spent listing the items. Since everyone that goes to book sales has different driving times, I didn’t calculate that in the equation.
